Job summary

Hello.de AG in Ireland is seeking Healthcare Assistants for evening and weekend shifts. You will provide personal care, support daily routines, meals, companionship, and settling‑in visits in clients' homes during evenings, with weekend work following the same pattern.

No prior care experience is required; full training and supported induction are provided to help you build trusted, ongoing relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have current eligibility to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare — minimum: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting & Reference Checks.
• Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts.
• Enhanced pay for evenings and weekends — up to €20.00/hour.
• Mileage rate of 30c/km and flat-rate travel allowance €10–€40 per fortnight.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support clients in their homes with personal care, daily routines, meals, companionship, and settling‑in visits in the evenings.
• Weekend work follows the same pattern with familiar clients and consistent care plans.
