Qualifications

• Previous laboratory experience is desirable.
• Full or partial secondary education is acceptable with the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and practices at all times.
• Wear protective equipment as required.
• Report any hazardous conditions or opportunities for improvement to supervisors.
• Perform tasks assigned by Laboratory Manager or supervisor and report completion.
• Follow written procedures; if not available follow oral instructions from supervisor.
• Check sample identification and maintain sample integrity to avoid loss or contamination.
• Operate equipment per manuals and keep the workspace clean.
• Complete records in accordance with ISO 17025 and INAB requirements.
