Job summary

Flex seeks a Fabrication Coordinator for the evening shift at the Dundalk site in Ireland. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager, you will drive on‑time delivery of components through CNC, fabrication, welding and coating processes, while guiding a team to meet quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate planning, oversee logistics, recruit and develop fabrication personnel, and drive process improvements in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on production targets and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in metal fabrication with CNC knowledge.
• Experience leading fabrication teams in a production setting.
• Strong planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fabrication Manager in planning and execution of fabrication projects.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of fabrication products across sites.
• Ensure on‑time component delivery meeting quality and safety standards.
• Provide direction and leadership to fabrication team and manage holidays/absences.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
