MBRYONICS LIMITED in Ireland is seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator for the Evening Shift to support our precision manufacturing operations. You will operate high-precision milling machines, monitor setups, and ensure quality control for critical components used in our advanced optical and embedded systems.

The role requires experience with CNC tools, strict adherence to safety protocols, and accurate measurement using metrology instruments.

Qualificações

Proven experience operating CNC machine tools or similar precision equipment.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, automotive, aerospace, or electronics is preferred.
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsabilidades

Operate and monitor CNC milling machines (up to 5-axis) during production runs.
Perform general upkeep, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
Load and unload parts and fixtures.
Take precise measurements of manufactured parts using metrology tools to ensure quality.
Review and follow simple work instructions and process sheets.
Monitor production and adjust machine offsets as instructed by the Machinist or Supervisor.
