Job summary

Mitie Ireland is seeking an experienced Cleaning Site Manager to lead day-to-day cleaning operations on site in Dublin. You will manage the cleaning team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure health and safety and compliance across all activities.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver a high standard of cleanliness and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning operations in corporate, educational, healthcare or public sectors.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proven experience conducting quality inspections, audits and service reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations on site.
• Lead and develop the cleaning team and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and company standards.
• Prepare weekly staff rosters and manage attendance.
• Produce and submit weekly performance and audit reports.
• Monitor stock, orders, and budgets for cleaning supplies.
