Job summary

Cpl Group is searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support NEC4 contract administration and commercial delivery of EV infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK. You will own cost control, procurement, and administration of NEC4 obligations to ensure compliant project execution.

The role covers early-stage cost planning, tender analysis, and supply chain management, with responsibility for reporting, risk registers, and final accounts. Strong NEC4 experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor with NEC4 contract administration.
• Strong cost planning, procurement and commercial management for infrastructure projects.
• Ability to evaluate tenders and provide commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own cost tracking for EV infrastructure schemes and monitor spend vs. budget.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports with cost forecasts and variances.
• Administer NEC4 contract obligations, assess payment applications and compensation events.
