Zusammenfassung

ATC (part of Arvato) in Ireland is seeking a Transport Planner to design and monitor routing across Europe, the UK and Ireland. You will plan shipments, coordinate with subcontractors and customers, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role is full-time with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in the office). Candidates should have 3+ years in transport planning, strong IT skills and knowledge of EU working time and tachograph regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience transport planning for 3+ years.
• Experience in logistics including white glove services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills including Office 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Full understanding of EU Working Time Directive and Tachograph regulations.
• Knowledge of a European language.
• Experience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan shipments and routes to meet SLA with clients.
• Monitor in-transit shipments and provide updates.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and overseas offices.
• Ensure all SLAs and milestones are updated.
• Maintain documentation and billing accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams.
