Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to develop and optimise our European supply chain, focusing on local suppliers, manufacturers and labour-only subcontractors across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will travel regularly to assess capacity, quality and suitability, and work closely with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and Project Delivery teams to ensure resilient supply networks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the construction industry and delivery of major projects.
• Experience in project delivery, procurement, commercial management or subcontractor management is desirable.
• Able to assess suppliers, build relationships and make informed decisions on suitability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop local suppliers, manufacturers and labour-subcontractors across Crown's European markets.
• Visit potential partners to assess capability, capacity, quality and suitability.
• Build and maintain in-country supply-chain networks to support current and future projects.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and Project teams to plan procurement needs.
• Travel regularly across Europe to engage partners and sites.
