Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize our European supply chain across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. This hybrid, full-time role requires hands-on supplier development, evaluating partners, and building resilient networks to support major projects.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and Project Delivery, travel regularly across Europe, and manage relationships with local suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors to meet Crown's growth

Qualifications

Fluent English in writing and speaking.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, solutions-focused with commercial awareness.
Ability to travel regularly across Europe.

Responsibilities

Identify, assess and develop local suppliers, manufacturers and labour-only subcontractors across Crown's European markets.
Visit and inspect potential supply-chain partners and projects to assess capability, quality and suitability.
Build and strengthen in-country supply-chain networks to support current and future projects.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors across Europe.
Collaborate with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and Project teams to anticipate requirements.
Monitor supplier capability, capacity, quality and performance; provide market intelligence.
