Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior Manager, European Regulatory Policy & Intelligence to monitor, interpret, and shape European regulatory developments. You will lead cross-functional efforts to influence regulatory positions and provide timely intelligence to stakeholders across the portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of EU regulations, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EU market regulations and guidance governing drugs, including post-marketing.
• Experience with EMA, EC, MHRA, and EU/UK processes.
• Experience in European Regulatory Affairs with cross-functional engagement.
• Ability to translate regulatory issues into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor evolving European regulations, guidelines, and agency outputs.
• Lead the development of regular intelligence reports and strategic briefings.
• Represent Viatris in EU regulatory trade associations, working groups, and policy forums.
• Ensure implementation of changes to guidance and regulations across the portfolio.
