Job summary

You will manage complex engagements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize refinery performance. The role requires 5+ years in refinery operations, strong project management skills, and a track record of delivering value.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree or Chemical/Petroleum Engineering degree with refinery experience.
• Minimum 5 years in refinery operations and downstream workstreams.
• Experience with project management processes and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project proposals, plans, and resource allocation.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor workstream progress.
• Deliver status reports to management and clients.
• Maintain strong client engagement and resolve issues.
• Monitor milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor operations professionals and support development plans.
• Lead internal improvement initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
