Job summary

Trindent Consulting invites experienced professionals to join our European expansion as Engagement Manager. You will drive project delivery for refinery-related engagements across the EU, coordinating with client teams and internal experts.

Expect around 80% travel, Monday to Friday site visits, and close collaboration with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance and value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refinery operations management experience with strong technical skills.
• 5+ years of downstream experience managing workstreams in Gasoline Blending, Energy Intensity, Hydrocarbon Loss Control, and Value Chain Optimization.
• 5+ years of experience with project management processes and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in continuous process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to varied working environments and motivate teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project proposals and plans, determine timeframe, staffing, and resource allocation with leadership input.
• Outline work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor status reports; adjust schedules as needed.
• Deliver project status reports to management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective client engagement with project teams.
• Manage conflicts and ensure timely resolution to protect project success.
• Monitor milestones and ensure delivery within budget and scope.
• Participate in or lead internal improvement initiatives and mentor Operations staff.
• Support training programs and share performance feedback for team development.
• Perform other responsibilities as necessary.
