Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is scaling its international business from its European hubs in Zug, Switzerland and Dublin, Ireland. The Manager, Distribution, Warehousing & Serialization – EU / International will be the operational engine of our ex-US finished-goods supply chain, running 3PL warehousing, GDP-compliant transport, import/export flows and serialization market by market.

This hands-on role reports to the Associate Director and requires day-to-day contact with 3PLs and freight partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, pharmacy, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare supply chain experience in distribution, warehousing or serialization.
• Experience with EU GDP-regulated distribution and day-to-day 3PL coordination in multiple countries.
• Hands-on serialization/track-and-trace in MAH/CMO environment; familiarity with GS1 standards and EPCIS data exchange.
• Experience on Level 4 serialization platforms (TraceLink, SAP ATTP, Antares/rfxcel, Systech, Movilitas).
• Cold-chain distribution exposure with temperature monitoring and excursion handling.
• GxP quality fluency; deviations, CAPA, change control, SOPs; audit support.
• ERP experience (SAP) and strong Excel; Power BI advantageous.
• Fluent English, strong communication across time zones; willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ex-US distribution operations across EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, GCC and other markets.
• Serve as primary operational contact for 3PL and logistics partners; monitor SLAs/KPIs and prepare reviews.
• Execute GDP-compliant storage and transport with validated temperature-controlled lanes.
• Coordinate import/export activities, including customs, HS classification, permits and licenses.
• Maintain ex-US inventory health; handle obsolescence, returns, recalls readiness.
• Lead system projects: 3PL transitions, new market setup, ERP/WMS data testing.
• Own serialization onboarding for new markets and products; ensure data integrity and traceability.
