Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Distribution, Warehousing & Serialization to own the ex-US network across EU/UK/EEA and international markets. You will lead 3PL strategy, GDP-compliant storage, and end-to-end logistics, including serialization and global trade compliance.

You will build a team, manage budgets, and partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure readiness for inspections and product launches in a fast-growing, patient-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, pharmacy, life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare supply chain.
• Direct ownership of serialization/track-and-trace in MAH or CMO environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the ex-US distribution and warehousing network end to end.
• Lead 3PL strategy: sourcing, contracts, SLAs/KPIs, reviews.
• Ensure GDP-compliant storage and transportation, temperature control.
• Own import/export and trade compliance in partnership with Regulatory and Finance.
• Manage inventory deployment, shelf-life, obsolescence, recalls readiness.
• Lead network and system projects (ERP/WMS/TMS, mergers, new markets).
• Build and lead a 2–5 person team; manage budget and vendor spend.
