AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support major pharmaceutical and life sciences capital projects in Cork. You will join our Project & Programme Management team to plan, estimate and manage costs, working as part of an Owner's Representative team to ensure robust cost control and value-driven decisions.
You will prepare detailed estimates, perform take-offs from drawings and BIM, benchmark costs, validate supplier pricing and conduct bid analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing Project & Programme Management team and play a key role in the planning, estimating and cost management of complex capital projects. Working as part of an integrated Owner's Representative team, you will provide estimating, quantity surveying and commercial support across all project phases, helping to ensure robust cost planning, budget control and value-driven decision making.
As a trusted member of the project team, you will work closely with clients, designers, contractors and project managers to develop accurate estimates, validate contractor pricing and support the successful delivery of high-value pharmaceutical investments.
