Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to manage a multi-occupancy office development in Central Dublin. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the estate, fostering a professional environment, and overseeing building maintenance and compliance.

€65,000 – €75,000 | Central Dublin – We are seeking an experienced and personable Estate Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of a high‑profile, multi‑occupancy office development in the heart of Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional environments and enjoys balancing operational excellence with a strong focus on occupier experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the estate, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved.
  • Foster a service‑led environment, working closely with front‑of‑house teams to create a positive and professional arrival experience.
  • Oversee building maintenance, compliance, and inspections, ensuring all statutory and safety requirements are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for occupiers, building strong relationships and responding proactively to requests and feedback.
  • Monitor building performance, including energy usage and sustainability initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage on‑site contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Support and enhance visitor management and reception services.
  • Maintain awareness of occupancy, leasing activity, and operational budgets to ensure alignment with wider asset objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing operations within a commercial or multi‑let property.
  • Strong customer service mindset, ideally with exposure to hospitality or occupier experience environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and approachable style.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and keen to adopt new systems and technologies.
  • Technical knowledge (M&E or similar) would be advantageous.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
