Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting an Equity Portfolio Manager for a leading global asset management company based in central Dublin. The role operates on a hybrid model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote within a large Investment team managing US, Europe, and Global equity strategies.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA or CFA and at least 5 years of equity portfolio management experience, including sustainable investments, and will report to the CIO.

Qualifications

• MBA or CFA holders, with degree in economics, finance, mathematics, physics, or similar discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in equity portfolio management.
• Experience in selecting sustainable investments.

About Your New Employer

My client, a leading global asset management company is recruiting an Equity Portfolio Manager. The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid-2 days onsite and 3 days remote).

The Equity Portfolio Manager will join an established and large Investment team to oversee their active fundamental equity strategies (US, Europe and Global). This role will report to the Chief Investment Officer.

Main duties include:

• Management of cash equity portfolios including monitoring and approving trades.
• Providing analytical research and trading ideas.
• Lead meetings with clients regarding portfolio performance.
• Participate in internal investment policy discussions and decisions.
