Job summary

You will support Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management, develop maintenance strategies, analyze spare parts, and collaborate on the lifecycle management of critical equipment to deliver Takeda’s mission of high-quality health manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Trade- or degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Applies basic tooling concepts under supervision.
• Understands lean manufacturing concepts with coaching.
• Applies Six Sigma tools with guidance in simple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects with limited supervision.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for critical assets.
• Conduct spare-parts analysis to optimize availability.
• Design, construct, test, and operate equipment to meet production standards.
• Ensure quality, cost, safety, reliability, and performance in production processes.
• Interpret plans and specifications for projects.
• Support integration and handover of new assets into asset-management systems.
• Support corrective maintenance and maintenance planning with stakeholders.
• Coach junior staff and apply engineering knowledge to solve problems.
