Job summary

A leading sustainability consultancy in Leinster is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month contract. You will lead Energy Performance Contract (EPC) projects, managing subcontractors and ensuring smooth execution. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in the MECA or Building Services sector, along with strong capabilities in cost control and stakeholder communication. The role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity for contract extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the MECA or Building Services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-discipline projects in a main contractor role.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors across live construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and overall project leader for project delivery.
• Lead and manage subcontractors throughout construction and implementation phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and monitor progress against milestones.
