Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is looking for an Environmental and Planning (Process) Manager to oversee the planning and environmental aspects of the Navan Rail Line project. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage multi-disciplinary consultants.

Applicants should have at least 7 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, particularly EIARs and statutory applications. A degree in a relevant field is essential, and strong communication skills are crucial for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in delivering Environmental Impact Assessments for major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience preparing and coordinating statutory applications in Ireland.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the RO Application for the Navan Rail Line.
• Lead coordination of all statutory planning and environmental deliverables.
• Manage the environmental team ensuring consistency and quality.
