Job summary

Dawn Meats invites applications for an Environmental Graduate role across one of our production facilities. You will manage day-to-day environmental activities and contribute to sustainability projects, reporting on key metrics.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, and regulatory coordination, supported by formal training and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Relevant 3rd level Environmental qualification or related engineering/science degree.
• Experience with data handling, reporting and KPI development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Capture data on effluent, energy, water, waste and sustainability metrics.
• Format, analyse data and develop KPI reports for internal and external use.
• Understand and advise on effluent treatment processes and operate related systems.
• Perform laboratory analysis of effluent to monitor performance.
• Coordinate with external bodies on regulatory matters (EPA, CO, etc.).
• Maintain ISO50001 Energy management system on site and ISO14001 Environmental management system on site.
