Job summary

AZTRUM in Ireland is seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team across the island. You will work on air quality, noise, climate, flood risk, EIA and waste management projects for public and private sector clients, with room to grow into leadership roles.

The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering or Hydrology, with experience delivering CEMPs, OWMPs or CWMPs in Ireland or the UK, driving licence, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CEMPs or CMPs in Ireland/UK.
• Knowledge of flood risk assessments and climate impact assessments.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) and Construction Management Plans (CMPs).
• Develop Operational and Resource/Waste Management Plans (OWMPs / RWMPs).
• Produce Flood Risk Assessments for stages 1–5.
• Support environmental compliance reporting and audits.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth.

My Client, a market leading Acoustics and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for an Environmental Consultant to join their team based across Ireland. With expertise spanning Air Quality, Noise, Climate, Flood Risk, EIA and Waste Management, this is an exciting opportunity will offer varied environmental and waste management projects across the region.

As an Environmental Consultant you will be required to have a strong academic background in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering or Hydrology and have experience working in Ireland or the UK completing Construction Environmental Management Plans, Operational Waste Management Plans and an awareness of flood risk assessments and climate impacts.

Air Quality knowledge would also be preferred.

Candidates are required to have a valid driving licence and live near Dublin or Wexford. Belfast will also be considered!

This exciting opportunity will offer you the chance to join the team to complete a wide variety of environmental, waste, flood risk and climate assessments for public and private sector Clients across Ireland. You will join a specialist team and have room to progress and grow into a managerial role. You will also have the chance to mentor team members and help to grow the team.
