Payrails, a global payment software company, is hiring a Content/Marketing writer to shape the narrative and strategy across product, marketing, and sales. You will translate complex payment tech into clear, enterprise-ready content and build scalable editorial systems.

You will collaborate across functions, maintain high quality standards, and drive messaging consistency as Payrails expands its presence in the market, including Dublin operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and creating content in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies.
• Excellent writer and editor with clarity, tone and structure.
• Strategic thinker connecting content to business goals.
• Fluent with AI tools and using them daily to research and scale production.
• Pride in craft across landing pages, case studies, or blog posts.
• Collaborative across functions without losing momentum.
• Commitment to quality and scalability through systems and standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the content strategy behind what we publish and how it aligns with voice, product, and customers.
• Translate complex technical/product ideas into clear enterprise-focused content.
• Raise quality standards for all published content.
• Work across Product, Marketing, and Sales to plan launches and build trust.
• Build and maintain content guidelines and scalable systems.
• Define how Payrails presents itself in the market through confident messaging.
