• Proficiency with LeanIX, Lucidchart/Visio, Confluence.

IT/OT Solution Architect (Enterprise Manufacturing)

Role Overview

Act as the lead technical design authority bridging shop-floor Operational Technology (OT) and enterprise cloud systems. You will establish the site’s Architecture Review Board (ARB), define integration guardrails, and direct architecture across active manufacturing systems programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Governance & Standards: Stand up the Architecture Review Board (ARB), implement Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and enforce reference architectures and IT/OT guardrails.
• Architecture Mapping: Model current- and target-state landscapes, data flows, and integration maps using LeanIX and Visio/Lucidchart.
• Program Delivery: Lead technical solution design and risk reviews for major site initiatives: MES, OSIsoft PI Historians, Enterprise Integration Platforms (EIP), and edge connectivity.
• Tech Scouting: Maintain the manufacturing technology radar (industrial IoT, cloud-native messaging, AI/ML in manufacturing).

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture within pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
• Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of ISA-95/Purdue model, network segmentation, MES, DCS/SCADA, and Process Historians.
• Compliance: Proven track record working within GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSV/CSA environments.
• Tooling: Proficiency in LeanIX (or similar EA tooling), Lucidchart/Visio, and Confluence.
