Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an AI Orchestration Engineer for the Global Cybersecurity organization. You will design, engineer, and operationalize scalable AI orchestration frameworks that transform enterprise data into auditable, secure business outcomes.

The role requires experience in AI and data engineering, building data products, and implementing MLOps/LLMOps with governance and observability in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines and distributed data-processing solutions.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design AI orchestration frameworks coordinating models, agents, tools, APIs, and apps.
• Develop agent-to-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows for complex processes.
• Create reusable orchestration patterns for rapid AI capability deployment.
• Build scalable data pipelines supporting AI, analytics, and workflows.
• Develop enterprise data products optimized for AI consumption.
• Design and implement enterprise RAG architectures.
• Create reusable AI platform components for multiple use cases.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Establish Responsible AI guardrails and model risk processes.
• Build AI observability, telemetry, and performance measurement solutions.
