Over two years, you'll complete three eight-month rotations across key business functions, providing broad exposure to different areas of the organization and helping you develop into a well‑rounded engineering professional.

What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated engineering capability through academic projects, internships, work experience, or extracurricular activities
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques
