Job summary

Veolia Ireland is seeking a Project Manager (Design Coordination) to lead ECI activities on water and wastewater projects across the island of Ireland. Based in Cootehill, Co. Cavan, the role supports PCI and PDI stages to meet scope, cost and safety targets.

The team consists of ~200 people and the role focuses on delivering first-class projects on time and within budget, with strong client collaboration and strict documentation control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in M&E or Civil projects.
• Engineering discipline degree or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills including MS Project.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities/outputs across Water or Wastewater PCI and PDI.
• Act as main contact for issues across project portfolio.
• Work with client, designers, and operations to deliver scope.
• Provide timely updates on design outputs and cost impacts.
• Identify risks and manage procurement and baseline performance.
• Ensure documentation and BIM 360/process workflows compliance.
• Collaborate with team to motivate outputs and timelines.
