Winthrop Technologies Ltd. invites ambitious undergraduate students in Engineering or Construction to join our Engineering Internship Programme in Ireland.

Placements are available for 3, 6, or 9+ months, offering hands-on experience in fast-paced, project-driven environments. You will gain exposure across BIM, Civil, Structural & Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, EH&S, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management disciplines, with mentorship, structured learning and Europe-wide

Qualifications

• Be studying towards a Level 7, 8, or 9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction related discipline.
• On track to graduate between June 2027 and June 2028.
• Have a genuine interest in engineering, construction, and data centre development.
• Be a curious and proactive learner who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into reality.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Display a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on live, large-scale data centre projects.
• Work with an international team delivering advanced data centre solutions across Europe.
• Receive mentorship from engineers, managers, and technical specialists.
• Participate in a structured learning pathway throughout your placement.
• Build lasting professional relationships and explore future graduate opportunities.
• Contribute to project delivery and learn how data centre development works.
