Job summary

Atlantic Projects Company in Ireland invites an Engineering Co‑Op student to support the project engineering team across design, procurement, and site activities for power-generation and industrial EPC projects. The placement provides mentored learning with exposure to CAD, document control, vendor engagement, and multi‑disciplinary coordination.

Daily tasks cover data collection, basic design checks, field observations, tender inputs, and health, safety and quality practices.

Qualifications

Enrolled in an accredited engineering degree with professional formation goals.
Interest in power generation and industrial EPC projects.
Proactive learner with ability to work under supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist with collecting and organizing project data (drawings, reports, surveys).
Support basic design calculations and CAD markups.
Review vendor drawings and assist in technical submittals.
Participate in field investigations and site observations.
Support procurement and vendor interface activities.
Help with document organization, schedules, and take-offs.
Adhere to HSEQ and safety procedures.
