Accenture is seeking a Management Consultant in Utilities (Energy Markets) to help Ireland’s leading energy, gas and water organisations transform their businesses. The role covers advisory, strategy and delivery across regulatory frameworks, wholesale markets, and energy transition initiatives.

You will work in a hybrid Dublin/Cork setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to Accenture’s utilities thought leadership through

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities sector consulting or hands-on delivery in energy markets.
• Strong knowledge of energy market design, wholesale trading, balancing markets and settlement processes.
• Familiarity with energy market regulation and policy frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic initiatives for utilities clients to meet decarbonisation and sustainability objectives.
• Deliver high-quality consulting engagements and transformation programmes in utilities.
• Coordinate workstream activities across engagement lifecycles within cross-functional teams.
• Apply expertise in energy market design and settlement to guide solutions for clients.
