Job summary

Bon Secours Hospital Cork is recruiting a Staff Nurse to support the Endoscopy and related inpatient areas. Full training and mentoring are provided, with support for education and professional development through funding and study leave.

The successful candidate will work within the nursing team, take responsibility for patient care on each shift, and contribute to a high standard of care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We welcome skilled professionals committed to patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in an acute setting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in procedure or endoscopy setting.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility on each shift for nursing care of allocated patients.
• Work within the nursing team and assist colleagues to maintain high patient care standards.
• Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team.
