Job summary

Statkraft seeks a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement and commercial delivery for major UK/Ireland renewable projects, including onshore wind, solar, BESS and grid packages.

Based in Cork, London, or Glasgow, you will shape contracting strategies with engineering teams and manage tendering, supplier negotiations and contract awards across EPC/BOP scopes while ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in large, complex energy or infrastructure procurement.
• Strong commercial and legal background; EPC/BOP/NEC or similar contracts.
• Familiarity with UK/Irish supplier markets.
• Degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Experience with procurement platforms (Jaegger) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for major UK/Irish projects.
• Define contracting strategies with engineering and project management.
• Manage tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Ensure contract execution including change control, claims, risk mitigation.
• Build strong supplier and contractor relationships in key markets.
• Coordinate input across engineering, sustainability, legal, HSE, finance.
• Align procurement activities with Group Category strategies.
