Job summary

A supportive care organization in Ireland seeks a Social Care Worker to provide person-centred support for adults with intellectual disabilities. You will assist in daily living, implement Individual Personal Plans, and promote health and wellbeing in a respectful environment. The ideal candidate has a Level 7 qualification in Social Care and at least one year of experience with vulnerable adults. This role requires a clean driver’s license and a valid right to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework.
• CORU registration or proof of application in progress.
• Full clean driver's license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in daily living and personal care.
• Implement and contribute to Individual Personal Plans.
• Support residents’ health and wellbeing in line with standards.
