Job summary

A leading social care organization is seeking a Social Care Worker in Munster, Ireland, to support adults with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. This role emphasizes dignity, independence, and inclusion within both residential and community settings. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Social Care or equivalent, with at least one year of experience working with vulnerable adults. Access to a car is essential. Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland and will not be provided sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework.
• CORU registration or application in progress.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience working with vulnerable adults.
• Full clean driver’s licence and access to own car.

• Provide person-centred support in daily living.
• Implement and evaluate Individual Personal Plans.
• Support residents' health and well-being.
