Job summary

Qualifications

• QQI Level 6 qualification in Social Care or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Direct Support Worker or similar.
• Full Irish driving licence.
• Irish, EU, or EEA passport.
• Strong communication and compassionate, person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to residents' needs and goals.
