Job Description
Scope of Position

This strategic position will be responsible for the implementation and application of the Employee Relations function within our branch. Proactively review all policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Advise and foster a competitive compensation & benefits environment for our teams. Drive initiatives which promote employee engagement and career development for all employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with ER Manager and provide day-to-day coaching and advice to managers and associates on employee relations issues, including policy interpretation.
  2. Support, advise, and coach staff or managers on employee relations topics.
  3. Stay current on employment law and trends.
  4. Assist in tracking trends in employee relations to proactively identify issues and develop training and interventions.
  5. Execute HR strategies effectively.
  6. Promote the Annual Employee Survey.
  7. Manage the branch's recruitment process.
  8. Provide guidance on disciplinary procedures.
  9. Advise and support senior management on ER matters.
  10. Maintain procedures to ensure confidentiality of personnel data in line with GDPR and country legislations.
  11. Drive Employee Engagement initiatives.
  12. Assist with HR projects and initiatives supporting business strategies.
  13. Promote the company’s culture and policies.
  14. Support the delivery of training and career development programs.
