Job summary

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Resilience Manager in a hybrid Dublin/London role. You will oversee operational resilience, business continuity, and ICT risk governance, coordinating across local and global functions to ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• University degree and related subject mandatory.
• 2-5 years experience in asset/investment management risk, BCP, resilience or internal audit.
• Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and present to boards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resilience policies and procedures.
• Lead resilience policy governance and assessments.
• Coordinate BCP/DR testing and scenario planning.
• Identify vulnerabilities from business services mapping and testing; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee BCP/Resilience system maintenance (Fusion).
• Provide governance reporting to Boards and committees.
