Job summary

Neuberger Berman seeks a Resilience Manager to drive operational resilience and business continuity across EMEA. Based in Dublin or London, you will liaise with local and global teams on risk matters and support implementation of resilience frameworks in line with regulatory requirements.

You will identify operational risks, lead remediation actions, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with risk, technology, and control colleagues.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related and relevant subject is required.
• Demonstrative experience in an asset/investment management firm in operational/ IT risk, BCP, Resilience or internal audit (2-5 years).
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Attention to detail, able to meet competing deadlines with a solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and project management experience.
• Ability to present to Boards and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain resilience policies and procedures (e.g., resilience policy, risk self-assessment, digital resilience, ICT risk management).
• Lead annual resilience program refresh and board reporting.
• Conduct scenario testing and oversee BIA and continuity planning.
• Investigate risk events, root cause analyses and control assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk governance and global resilience projects across Neuberger entities.
• Provide resilience reporting to risk committees and boards.
• Oversee business continuity planning, testing and third-party due diligence.
