As a Recruiter in our Dublin office, you’ll play a key role in building Gong’s team. You’ll partner with our VP of EMEA and Global Executive teams to identify, recruit, and hire talented leaders and producers within Sales, GTM, and G&A who excel in their fields and align with our operating principles. We seek an experienced recruiter who believes in team success and creating raving fans along the way. This is an exciting opportunity to establish our first EMEA office and contribute to significant business growth. This is a fixed-term contract initially lasting 6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively source and recruit passive and active candidates to attract top talent in Dublin, Ireland.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Advise hiring teams on talent acquisition best practices and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Promote Gong’s operating principles and unique company culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on hiring Sales, GTM, and G&A talent.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous experience recruiting for a start-up SaaS company is preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
