Job summary

KKR is seeking an Associate with transfer pricing, tax advisory or FDD experience to join the EMEA Real Assets Product Operations team in Dublin. This is an operations- and project-management role, coordinating internal and external stakeholders from pipeline to close and exit readiness.

The role requires 3–6 years at a Big Four and a recognised professional qualification. Strong judgement and leadership will be essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 years in Big Four audit, tax, transfer pricing, transaction services or advisory.
• Interest in moving into an operations-focused role across investment life cycle.
• Recognised professional qualification (ACA/FCA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as an operational quarterback for EMEA Real Estate and Infrastructure investments.
• Join pipeline discussions early and establish the operating plan and critical path.
• Coordinate due diligence with advisers; review outputs and allocate actions.
• Drive transaction implementation across Portfolio Management, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Legal, Compliance, Finance.
• Support governance activity and ensure timely information flow to deal teams.
