KKR is seeking an Associate to join the EMEA Real Assets Product Operations team in Dublin. The role is focused on operational execution and project management across Real Estate and Infrastructure investments, not a traditional finance role.

The successful candidate will establish ownership, timelines and accountability across complex workstreams, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure capital calls, distributions and exits are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of Big Four experience or similar background.
• Experience in transfer pricing, tax advisory or financial due diligence (FDD).
• Recognised professional qualification such as ACA, FCA, ACCA, CIMA or CTA.

Responsabilités

• Act as an operational quarterback for EMEA Real Estate and Infrastructure investments across pipeline, close, distributions and exit.
• Join pipeline discussions early, establish operating plan and critical path, mobilising teams before execution.
• Coordinate financial, tax and due diligence workstreams with advisers; review outputs and resolve issues.
• Drive transaction implementation by sequencing Portfolio Management, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Legal, Compliance, Finance and SPV teams.
• Own or support recurring events such as capital calls, reinvestments, refinancing, distributions and exits.
