Job summary

Salesforce offers an EMEA Graduate Rotation Program - Solution Engineering Path for 2025/2026 graduates. The 12-month program combines Solution Engineering and Sales exposure, with structured onboarding, mentoring, and hands-on coaching.

You will rotate between paths, complete certifications, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, international environment. Relocation support is provided, plus seven extra paid days off for charitable causes.

Qualifications

• 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree).
• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines for the Solution Engineering Path.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Solution Engineering and Sales paths.
• Complete self-paced certifications and skills assessments.
• Work with mentors and buddies on live deals and customer interactions.
• Develop client-facing and collaboration skills in an international team.
