We are thrilled to invite ambitious graduate candidates to apply for the 5th cohort of our EMEA Graduate Rotation Program – Solution Engineering Path. This 12‑month program exposes graduates to both solution engineering and sales. Promotion begins in month 7.
The program is structured as follows:
During the Graduate Program, you will experience both the Solution Engineering Path and the Sales Path. Each rotation is 60 % time in the role with clear tasks, targets and stakeholder alignment, while 40 % focuses on role‑specific learning. If your first rotation (months 2‑4) is in Solution Engineering, you will then join the Sales Graduate Rotation (months 5‑7), and vice versa. Over these six months you will gain exposure to both roles, preparing you for promotion. Throughout the rotations you will complete self‑paced certifications and skills assessments. You must meet all eligibility criteria before you can panel for promotion.
