Job summary

Invesco is seeking a senior NAV Oversight professional to lead the teams responsible for Fund NAV calculations and related oversight activities across UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg funds. You will manage TPAs, drive control environments, and ensure regulatory alignment while partnering with senior leaders.

You will also lead a high-performing team, manage stakeholder engagement, and contribute to ongoing product development in a dynamic, global investment environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Financial Services professional with NAV Oversight experience.
• People manager capable of developing teams and driving performance.
• Experience with UK and Cross Border products and diversified business exposure.
• Awareness of risk management and escalation practices.
• Knowledge of fund lifecycle events and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valuations and fund accounting services provided by TPAs for Invesco's onshore and cross-border funds.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct due diligence to ensure strong control environment and service levels.
• Analyse breaches, identify root causes, and ensure remediation to prevent recurrence.
• Stay compliant with regulatory developments and participate in industry groups.
• Lead product development oversight for fund administration initiatives and support senior stakeholders.
