Job summary

Grant Thornton in Dublin seeks a Campaign Strategy Associate Director, EMEA to translate global campaigns into regional strategies and develop briefs and activation plans across markets. This is a full-time, on-site role with clear opportunities for growth.

You will collaborate with market teams to resolve delivery issues, use performance data to refine activity, and decide which campaigns to scale or stop. Fluency in English is required; some European travel will be expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, or communications, or related discipline.
• Eight or more years' experience in B2B campaign strategy, integrated marketing or brand planning.
• Experience translating global campaigns into multi-market regional strategies.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate priority global campaigns into EMEA strategies and define regional requirements.
• Develop strategic briefs and activation plans for priority campaigns.
• Coordinate activation across owned, earned and paid channels in multiple markets.
• Work with market teams to resolve delivery issues and optimise performance.
• Monitor campaign measures and adjust activity based on data.
• Travel across Europe may be required.
