Job Title: Electrician

The company is based in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary, company vehicle, and additional benefits.

The Opportunity

As an Electrician you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of heat pump systems. You will undertake the installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of heat pump systems. You will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the growth and success of Allbrite.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission heat pump systems according to safe electrical specifications and SEAI code of practice.
• Oversee and prepare the cables for the heat pump power supply.
• Undertake servicing, repair, and maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Assess and diagnose faults, providing effective solutions to ensure the reliability of heat pump systems.
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding their heat pump systems.
• Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician ideally with 3+ years residential experience in the Irish market.
• Live within a commutable distance of Carrickmacross.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Test & Verification certification would be an advantage.
• Valid driver's license.
• National travel may be required occasionally.
