Zusammenfassung

JAM is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead electrical installation work on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick, Ireland. You will own designated electrical packages, coordinate with 2–3 Working Supervisors, and report to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.

You will supervise installation across LV/ELV, containment, BMS, data communications, lighting and fire safety systems; ensure delivery to programme; uphold HSE, quality and site standards; and

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Electrical Site Manager on large pharma or complex industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installation and building services systems.
• Proven experience leading large electrical teams and multiple supervisors.
• Ability to independently manage electrical packages from install to handover.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support a major pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick, Ireland.

The successful candidate will take ownership of electrical installation packages, overseeing approximately 50 site personnel through 2–3 Working Supervisors and reporting directly to the Construction Manager / Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installations across LV/ELV, containment, BMS, data communications, small power, motor power, lighting and fire safety systems.
• Take full ownership of designated electrical packages or floors, ensuring delivery to programme.
• Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors, maintaining productivity and installation quality.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and support the commercial team with budget and cost control.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale pharmaceutical or similarly complex industrial construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installation and building services systems.
• Proven experience managing large electrical teams and multiple supervisors.
• Ability to independently manage electrical packages from installation through to handover.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
