Job summary

SRG in Dublin is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Technician to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance on a major biopharmaceutical site. You will work a 4-cycle days and nights pattern, collaborating with the contract team, client engineers, and vendors to maximise uptime and meet GMP requirements.

The role covers maintenance planning, fault diagnosis, PM execution, and documentation to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years' experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting in high/low voltage systems and fire alarm detection.
• Experience with CMMS and GMP/SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance as per schedule set by the Maintenance Coordinator and Planner.
• Troubleshoot utilities equipment faults, including the fire alarm detection system, with the Shift Operations group.
• Execute the PM programme and complete site documentation.
• Ensure uptime and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
