TLI Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Renewable & Engineering team. We design, build and maintain vital services for our customers, delivering projects to the highest standard and building strong client relationships.

You will lead projects from construction to handover, coordinate design teams and on-site contractors, and manage procurement and cost controls. An electrical background and proven leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ideally 4+ years of project management experience in utility/ESB-type environments.
• Electrical background is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing client relationships from pre-works to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from construction to handover.
• Coordinate design team personnel and on-site contractors.
• Procure and manage materials for the project.
• Engage with stakeholders (Renewable developers, Local Authorities, ESB Networks, landowners, legal).
• Implement and lead Health & Safety processes.
• Develop and monitor project cost, budget plans and programming.
• Prepare tender submissions and documents.
• Control the project programme during construction.
• Review design drawings and manage RFI schedule.
• Collaborate with HSQE, Design, Quality, Commercial.
• Implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 procedures.
