Auxo Talent's client, a leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery, seeks an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join their Design & Projects Department. The role focuses on leading the design, development, specification and commissioning of innovative and competitive products.

You will bridge electrical design and project delivery, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations while supporting career development and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design for projects (industrial equipment).
• Knowledge of standards and regulatory compliance (Electrical).
• Experience in manufacturing/equipment for food or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design, development, specification and commissioning of projects.
• Coordinate with mechanical and controls teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Manage project life cycle from concept to handover and aftercare.

Job description

A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join their in-house Design & Projects Department.

Their innovative processing and packaging line equipment is used across a wide variety of industries including food & FMCG.

The Electrical Project Engineer is a key member of the Projects Department, responsible for leading the design, development, specification and commissioning of high-quality, innovative and commercially competitive products.

You will be the link between electrical design and successful project delivery, ensuring all electrical system are fully compliant with all applicable standards and regulations.

This is an exciting time to be joining them as they are continuing to expand their core product ranges, integrating technological developments in automation, and the development of bespoke solutions to meet specific customer needs means your work will be interesting and varied.

Applications are invited from Project Engineers, Project Managers, as well as Electrical Designers, Controls and Automation Engineers who have previous experience of working across the full life cycle of projects.

Previous experience of working for a manufacturer of products used within the food industry would be beneficial but not essential.
